Can I use my own design?

Absolutely. Upload your front and back artwork as JPG or PNG. We review your design and share a final proof for approval before printing.

How do I order cards for a whole school or team?

Choose your quantity and upload the provided CSV roster with each person’s name, ID and class or department. Our team confirms the personalisation details with your quote.

Will I see the design before it is printed?

Yes. Your account includes a proof review step. You can approve the current proof or request changes. Printing only starts after payment confirmation and your approval.

What will my order cost, and when will it arrive?

Your quote confirms the complete total, included accessories, delivery charges and production timeline. Delivery options depend on your location and order size.
